Office Manager and master multi-tasker. Worked in the medical field for 8 years before she joined Dawson Pediatrics in April 2005. A tireless and selfless worker, Terrie has been instrumental in keeping the office running smoothly through the many changes that have occurred as the practice grew. She and her husband, Stephen, are long-time residents of Dahlonega and also have 2 sons, Derek and Carter. The whole family loves all kinds of sports activities.

Billing Manager and model of efficiency. Kara has been with the practice since she and her husband, Casey, moved here from Florida in 2006. Since then, she has gotten things done and done well, even while taking courses at school. Currently, Kara is studying Business Management which we hope she will get to use in the practice. Kara and Casey love to spend time with family and friends, and being outdoors with their chocolate Lab, Hagen.

Sherry MilhollandReceptionist and a favorite of many patients and parents, and not just for the treats but for her friendly and caring demeanor. Sherry has been with the practice since 2006 and enjoys interacting with patients. She and her husband, Gary, have two teenagers, Jake and Sarah Mae and have been residents of Dawsonville for many years. Family is most important to her and she treats everyone at the practice as an extension of her own family.

Michelle CruseReceptionist and a picture of calm and serenity. Michelle has been with Dawson Pediatrics since May 2008. She and her partner, Jaime, have a daughter, Annslee, who has been a patient of the practice since birth. Michelle liked how her daughter is treated here and how the practice is known as being involved in the community, so she joined us at the first opportunity.

Rodel DupaMedical Assistant and the punching bag of all his female co-workers. Rodel joined Dawson Pediatrics on April 2007 after he moved to Cumming from Orlando with his wife, Mona and their two teens, Timothy and Trisha. Rodel is dependable, hard-working and fun to work with because he never complains and he has a great sense of humor. During their spare time, his family loves to travel and eat out.

Kelly LeetchMedical Assistant with an easy-going personality and infectious laughter mostly directed at herself. She has been working in pediatric offices for many years initially in Tampa, Florida and then in Cumming before she joined Dawson Pediatrics in June 2008. She and husband, Mike, have 3 children, Jacob, Megan and Carter and dogs, Bailey and Barney. The family enjoys church activities and boating at Lake Lanier.

Lizbeth AguilaMedical Assistant and the newest member of the staff; Lizbeth also has certifications in Diagnostic Ultrasound and Phlebotomy and is fluent in Spanish. Originally from South Florida, she now resides in Dawsonville with her husband Brian. In her down time, she enjoys being with family, going to church and simply enjoying life.

Tina MillwoodOur new Administrative Assistant has been a resident of Dawsonville for 24 years. Her children, Ron and Bre, have been patients of Dawson Pediatrics since 2004. She is an active member of her church and enjoys watching her kids' sports activities. Her cheerful and warm personality and eagerness to go the extra mile fits our definition of "service with a smile" perfectly.
